You might be a bit perplexed by all the moving parts at first, and it certainly helps to have read about the features before you get started. It looks like a lot is happening all the time here, at least at first, but with discernment you’ll understand that triggering the features is not as easy as it might seem. Still, this is a well-made sequel in most regards, but we would have wished for a somewhat more attractive potential.
As we said, there are a lot of moving parts in this game, and players knowing nothing about it might feel a bit overwhelmed at first. Worry not however, as we’ll get you up to speed in no-time here. First of all, this game comes with a Clusters of Time mechanic that is somewhat unusual.
All symbols that combine into a winning cluster (3 to 25) become sticky on the reels. The remaining symbol positions will then respin, and the process continues as long as you keep adding to the winning cluster. Charged wilds that look like lightning balls will also be sticky if part of a winning cluster, and will substitute for all regular symbols.
However, there are also 5 markers made of pipe that shift around on the reels and highlight 5 different reel positions every time. Once a cascade is finished, 1 or more of the winning symbols might find themselves in a highlighted reel position. The more winning symbols that are framed by these pipes, the higher your chances are of triggering 1 of 3 Time Travelling Modifiers:

We are fully aware that reading about this game might leave you a bit puzzled. Betsoft is a developer with a keen eye for details, and we like how both Miles and his robot have both a past, present and future version of themselves. The smooth pace and the 5 shifting markers makes for almost hypnotically satisfying gameplay, not least when accompanied by the clockwork sound effects.
The base game potential is only 200x without any multipliers, which is a bit low in our view. Include the multipliers, and wins up to 1,084x becomes possible. This potential is still a bit weak for a somewhat volatile game like this. Despite all the moving parts, you don’t really get the base game features all that often, and triggering the bonus round is far from easy here.
